Bristol: A thriving centre for all students
With the university year only just over a month away for new
students, now may be the time that many are looking for new
property to rent in the vicinity of their chosen city. However,
before the time comes for new undergraduates to take the plunge and
move into new accommodation, they will need to decide if they
favour living in the city they will be studying in, or in one of
the more suburban areas surrounding it.
When the university in question is Bristol University or the
University of the West of England though, the choice may be easier,
given the wealth of activities and amenities which are available to
those who are seeking out and living in
property to rent in Bristol.
For students who are heading to a new city to live in, some of the
most important considerations will be whether or not they can
easily get to classes, and what they can do during their free time
with their new found friends.
For the first of these issues, Bristol has an extensive bus
network, as does any major city, making it easy to move between
accommodation and campus.
And for time away from the lecture theatres, there is no end of
activities for newcomers to indulge themselves in.
Anyone who fancies a quiet night watching a film rather than
heading to the pub can relax and view the latest releases in any
one of Bristol's eight cinemas.
There are also a number of live music venues for students who fancy
hearing the newest songs from their favourite musicians. These can
range from such venues as The Coronation Tap to the hand
Arena.
And of course, no student accommodation would be complete without
some form of access to the night life in the area. Bristol is
served by a wide range of different pubs and night clubs so that no
well-deserved drink with friends after a hard week's learning will
seem like a bore.
